1. ARCHITECTURE OF DATA COLLECTION
Arvoy collects only the essential telemetry required to engineer and fulfill limited garment runs. When an order is executed, we gather your name, shipping address, contact email, and phone number exclusively for logistics, fulfillment, and real-time delivery notices.
2. PAYMENT INFRASTRUCTURE & ENCRYPTION
We do not hold, record, or inspect raw credit card numbers or UPI PINs on Arvoy servers. Transactions are handled directly through Shopify's bank-grade PCI-DSS Level 1 certified checkout environment with end-to-end encryption across all payment methods (Shopify Payments, UPI, cards, and netbanking).
3. DROP FAIRNESS & ANTI-BOT RECORDING
During drops, order attempts and rate limits are logged to protect against botting and automated scraping. We monitor cart creation frequencies to ensure strict purchase limits (e.g. 2 pieces per client) are preserved.
4. THIRD-PARTY DISCLOSURES
Your information is shared strictly with operational partners necessary for fulfillment: our courier logistics network (Delhivery/BlueDart) and automated transactional messaging providers. We do not sell customer data to advertising brokers.
5. CLIENT RIGHTS & DATA DELETION
