OPERATING STANDARD: 2026 EDITION
1. DROP EDITIONS & PRODUCTION RUNS
All garments released under Arvoy (Vanguard and Sage collections) are manufactured in strict limited editions. Once a drop or piece status shifts to "SOLD OUT", inventory will not be remade unless explicitly catalogued in an archive reissue drop.
2. PURCHASE LIMITATIONS
To enforce launch integrity, orders exceeding designated piece allocations per customer (standard maximum of 2 units per design) are subject to automated flagging and cancellation with a 100% refund.
3. FULFILLMENT & DISPATCH TIMELINES
In-stock drop items are inspected and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of payment settlement. Standard domestic express transit across India typically completes within 2 to 4 business days. Tracking details are issued via email and updated on your account dashboard upon courier handover.
4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Given the limited quantities of our drop architecture, size exchanges depend strictly on available inventory. Unworn garments in original archival packaging with tags intact may be exchanged or returned within 7 days of verified courier delivery.
